Extremely versatile, 360 Strength Fabric Power Bands are tear-resistant, elastic and flexible, while being gentle on the skin. 1050mm in length (2110mm loop of fabric) and 32mm wide, these are a great alternative to typical rubber power bands bands, offering the same capabilities plus a soft and more comfortable feel.

Perfectly suited to variety of resistance and assistance training exercises to aid bodyweight exercise, stretching, mobility and rehab, agility training, or to add dynamic resistance to lifting, and available in five different resistance levels that accommodate a wide range of athletes and needs.
