DESCRIPTION

The Force USA MyRack Landmine attachment is designed for all types of rotational torso training and allows for a wide range of upper body training when attached to the MyRack base unit. 

Simply insert the end of a barbell into the sleeve, which is attached to a pivot, and you’re ready to go!

Barbell size options include 32mm and 50mm. Exclusively compatible with the Force USA MyRack.
